Versatile Production and Tooling Facilities

Our production area offers over fifty presses up to 450 tons, beds to 10’ long and digital straighten and coil-feed lines. High production presses to 150 tons with bed lengths to 48” produce small to medium size stampings using up to 3/ 16” thick metal. For larger parts, we have presses capable of feeding up to 5/16” thick coil stock and beds of 8’ – 10’ in length.

Marquette maintains a complete in-house tool room for building new dies as well as a second, production department tool room for ongoing maintenance of dies, welding equipment and special machines. Capabilities include CNC machining centers, wire EDM, Blanchard grinding, jig grinding, horizontal boring mill, other surface grinding, and conventional tool room machinery.

Work cells utilizing robotic MIG welders as well as resistance welders up to 200 KVA are used on customer designs calling for multi-part welded assemblies.

Our manufacturing engineer and plant electrician create in-die sensors and poke- yoke systems required to assure die safety and part quality as your parts are being produced.

In-line parts cleaning systems are available should parts need to be oil-free. Our close proximity and ongoing relationship with electroplating, painting and metal finishers allow us to provide those surface finish options as a regular part of our production services.
